30-Day Returns

Most products purchased on our website can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

What are the requirements included?

It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the provided instructions for returning the purchase in perfect condition. We are not responsible for any lost returns, except for items agreed to be insured. Some requirements include:

  • Returned items must be intact and in perfect condition.

  • If the jewelry includes a center diamond with a corresponding certificate, the original certificate must be included. The KNT Appraisal must also be sent back.

  • To qualify for a full refund, customers must ship the order back within one week after receiving a prepaid shipping label.

KNT Jewelry will determine eligibility for a refund upon receiving your proper return. If eligible, a full refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Monetary refunds can only be processed while the return is in KNT Jewelry’s possession.

How long will it take to process my return?

Approximately 14 business days may be required for us to process the return.

What products aren't eligible and non-refundable for return?

  • Orders outside of our 30-day return policy.

  • Items that have been previously exchanged.

  • Rings that have been resized or modified.

  • Custom-made KNT Jewelry orders, including engraved items

  • Any orders that were altered while in process.

30-Day Exchanges

Most products purchased on our website can be exchanged within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

What are the requirements included?

  • Returned items must be intact and in perfect condition.

  • If the jewelry includes a center gemstone with a corresponding certificate, the original certificate must be included. The KNT Appraisal must also be sent back.

  • To qualify for a full refund, customers must ship the order back within one week after receiving a prepaid shipping label.

KNT Jewelry will determine the eligibility of the returned item for exchange. Upon receipt, production of the new item will begin, and a refund or invoice will be issued based on the price difference between the original and exchanged items. Monetary refunds can only be processed while the exchanged item is in KNT Jewelry’s possession.

How long will it take to process my exchange?

Exchanges requested after 30 days from the shipping confirmation date are subject to approval at KNT Jewelry’s sole discretion.

*Please note that:

  • Only one exchange is allowed per purchase, and all exchanges are final.

  • Custom-made KNT Jewelry orders, including engraved items, are not eligible for this return policy and are non-refundable.

  • The customer is responsible for covering the shipping fees for this process.

  • Our return/refund policy does not apply to items on sale.

Products you have agreed to meet your requirements are not eligible for return (except in cases of verified manufacturing defects).
