1. Conditions for Return & Refund Eligibility
KNT Jewelry accepts returns and refunds only if all the following conditions are met:
Timeframe for Request
- Customers must submit a return request within 30 days from the shipping confirmation date issued by KNT Jewelry.
- After 30 days, all return or refund requests will be declined.
Product Condition
- The product must remain in brand-new, unused condition with original tags, labels, and no signs of scratches, dirt, wear, or stains.
- Any sign of usage will result in the rejection of the return request.
- For orders that include a gold gift, customers are kindly required to return the gift in full and in its original, undamaged condition.
Required Documentation & Accessories
- The ring must be returned with all original components, including: official box, velvet pouch/protective cover (if provided), KNT Jewelry Appraisal document, and original diamond certificate (if the product includes a certified diamond).
- Missing any of the above will render the request ineligible.
Customized Products
- Any custom-made order (e.g. engraving, modifications to the original design, added/removed gemstones, metal changes, or personalization of any kind) is not eligible for return or refund.
Reason: Customized products are made exclusively for the customer and cannot be resold as regular stock.
3D Image/Video Approval
- If the customer has approved a 3D image or video rendering of the product, KNT Jewelry will proceed with production or shipment. Once approved, emotional or subjective reasons will not be accepted for return unless a verified manufacturing defect is identified by KNT Jewelry.
Return Shipment Deadline
- Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipment, including all shipping fees, insurance costs, and secure packaging to protect the item during transit. The item must be returned within 7 days from the date KNT Jewelry approves the return request. Delay in sending back the product after this period will invalidate the request.
2. 9 Reasons for Rejection of Return/Refund Requests
KNT Jewelry will immediately evaluate return/cancellation requests based on the following 9 rejection reasons. If any apply, the request will be declined:

Product has been used
- Any evidence of wear, opening, abrasion, scratches, discoloration, or dirt will result in rejection.

Missing Documentation
- For products with certified diamonds, the original diamond certificate and KNT Jewelry Appraisal must be returned.
- Missing either document will result in rejection.

Damage due to misuse or neglect
- Damage from exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, improper handling, unauthorized disassembly, or abrasive cleaning is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Request made after 30-day window
- Returns/refunds are not accepted beyond 30 days from the shipping confirmation date.

Failure to return within 7 days of receiving shipping label
- Delay in sending back the product after receiving the return label will invalidate the request.

Customized or Engraved Product
- Orders with name/logo engraving, design alterations, custom gemstone settings, or special plating are non-returnable.

3D Rendering Was Approved
- Once the 3D proof has been signed off, the product is considered approved and custom-made. Only manufacturing defects will qualify for return.

Product altered by third party
- Any resizing, rhodium plating, gemstone modification, or repairs done by a jeweler outside KNT Jewelry voids the warranty and return policy.

Promotional or Discounted Products
- Items bought on sale or during promotions are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Return & Refund Process
Step 1: Submit Request

Send an email within 30 days from the shipping confirmation date. Include:
- Order number, current product photos (close-ups of all angles, especially the center stone).
- Photos and videos showing intact condition or damage (if requesting warranty).
- Digital copies of diamond certificate (if applicable), appraisal, and original warranty card.
Step 2: Verify Against 9 Rejection Reasons
- KNT Jewelry will check eligibility. If any of the 9 reasons apply, the request is declined with an explanation.
- If none apply, proceed to the next step.
Step 3: Return Shipment by Customer
- Customers are responsible for packaging the product securely and shipping it back to KNT Jewelry using a reliable courier service. All shipping fees and insurance costs must be covered by the customer.
- The item must be returned within 7 days from the date of approval.
Step 4: Quality Check Upon Arrival

Our QC team inspects:
- Physical condition: original tags intact, no scratches or dirt.
- Completeness: box, pouch, appraisal, certificate (if applicable).
- Match to original order in size, design, and center stone.
- If any issues (wear, damage, missing items) are found, return denied and product sent back to customer.
Step 5: Refund or Replacement Confirmation
Refund
- If the return passes all checks, KNT Jewelry refunds 100% of the product value (shipping fees are non-refundable).
- Refunds processed within 7–10 business days after QC confirmation.
If Not Eligible
- The product will be returned, and all shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
4. Lifetime Warranty Commitment
Eligibility
- Applies to all engagement and wedding rings produced by KNT Jewelry (excluding customized or engraved products).
Free Warranty Services Include
- Prong Re-tightening: Tightening loose prongs holding gemstones.
- Rhodium Plating: Recoating white gold or platinum to maintain shine and prevent tarnish.
- Professional Polishing & Cleaning: Surface restoration to remove fine scratches and dullness.
- Periodic Checkups: Customers may bring their ring in anytime for prong checks, center stone status, and touch-ups.
- Replacement of Broken/Missing Parts (if manufacturing defect): Includes prong or setting failures caused by technical issues.
Not Covered
- Misuse: Saltwater/acid exposure, harsh chemicals, scratches from hard surfaces, unauthorized metal mixing.
- Third-party interventions: unauthorized resizing, gemstone modifications, polishing outside KNT Jewelry.
- Missing warranty documents or product already past 30 days from delivery for non-manufacturing issues.
Warranty Claim Process
- Customer submits or ships the ring with original warranty card, appraisal (if any), and purchase invoice.
- KNT Jewelry inspects and confirms any manufacturing fault.
- If eligible, free repairs will be completed in 5–10 business days. If not, customers may choose paid repair.
