We offer free shipping worldwide on every order. All products are made to order and take 1-2 weeks (working days) to craft. We use FedEx Priority for shipping, with signature required and fully insured.

Customs
Our shipping service providers will manage customs processing and import taxes. These providers may contact you directly regarding any customs charges that need to be paid. Please feel free to contact us if you need any assistance in custom processing.
Expedited Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status and location of your shipment in real time.

Your purchase will be shipped straight to your designated address, so you can receive it right at your home. Please note that all orders must be signed upon delivery to ensure security.
Change of Shipping Address
Your shipping address cannot change once the item is prepared for shipment. You will receive a tracking email when your order is ready for shipping. However, we cannot guarantee that your request to change the address can be fulfilled after your order is ready to ship.
It is important to note that changing the shipping address may result in additional tax fees, which will be invoiced to you. You will be refunded the tax difference if it is less than the original shipping tax payment.
